What we collect
When you request early access we collect the answers you give in the form: your first name, email address, ICF credential, practice size, the friction points and tools you choose to share, and any note you add. We also record the page that referred you, if any.
How we use it
We use your answers to decide who to invite to CoachGrove first and to write to you about early access. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
- Your email address and first name are kept in our email provider, Resend, so we can write to you.
- Your answers are delivered to the CoachGrove team mailbox.
- The site is hosted on Vercel.
Your choices
Every email we send lets you unsubscribe. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, write to team@coachgrove.com and we will act on it within 30 days.
